What are the terms and conditions for shopping at notAbrand.com?

Return Policy

When products are returned the costs for shipping are paid by the customer. 

Returning Goods

You have 14 days to return an item bought in a store at notAbrand, if you should regret the purchase for some reason. When you return goods, please write down the following information and send it with the item to the address of the store, you bought the item in.

Customer Information: Name, Address, Post code (or ZIP), City, Country, Phone number and email address

Order and Product Information: Order ID, Product ID, Store ID, Store Name, Price.

Please also send a copy of your receipt. 

Please note that returned items are only accepted if item and packing is intact. If products show any signs of usage they can not be returned.

Use a postal package service with track & trace so that notAbrand can confirm the return of the item to the seller . It is a return requirement that you mail the track & trace number to sales@notabrand.com - when the goods are returned to the seller (confirmed by track & trace service), HyperDress (owns notAbrand) will refund your payment (exclusive bank transactions costs). 

Complaints

If you have received damaged goods or the wrong product according to what you ordered, please answer the information below and send it to the email address of the store where you bought the goods.

Order and Product Information: Order ID, Product ID, Store ID, Store Name, Price - remember track and trace number

Description of the Damage

Please describe the damage and if you have an image of the damaged item, please attached it to the email.

Please include a copy of your receipt. You can find the email address or a contact form at the "about" page of the store where you bought the goods.

How can I open a store on notAbrand.com?

If you are a designer or an artist, you can open a shop on notAbrand.com, if we the quality of your work is accepted by our creative director Morten Kjær.

I live in a country which Paypal does not support, what can I do?

If you live en a country which Paypal does not support, you are welcome to write us an email at sales@notabrand.com and we will help you as to how you can transfer the money in another way.

Leveringstid

Kan være forskellig fra vare til vare, men den er anført på siden for varen.  

Leveringsomkostninger

Beregnes ved "check out" under trin 2 ("step 2") - altså når du har valgt en vare, går til din indkøbskurv ("shopping bag") og vil videre til betaling.  

Returnering af varer
Når produkter skal returneres betales transport af kunden.

Inden for 14 dage kan du returnere varer købt i en butik på notAbrand.com, hvis du fortryder købet af en eller anden grund. Når du returnerer en vare husk da venligst nedenstående information og send den med varen til butikkens adresse. Send også venligst en kopi af den kvittering. vær opmærksom på at returnerede varer kun kan accepteres hvis vare og indpakning er i god stand. Følgende information skal sendes med den returnerede vare:

Kundeinformation: Navn, adresse, postnummer, by, land, telefonnummer og email adresse

Ordre- og produktinformation: order ID, produkt ID, butiks ID, butiksnavn og pris.

Send til:

Varen sammen med den nævnte information skal sendes til butikken hvor varen er købt. Du kan finde adressen på butikkens "About"-side.

Brug en post pakke service med track & trace for at sikre at varen returneres til sælger - dette er standard for pakker med Post Danmark. Det er et returnerings-krav, at du mailer track & trace nummer til sales@notabrand.com - når varen er returneret til sælger, tilbagefører HyperDress (ejer af notAbrand) din betaling (eksklusiv omkonstninger for bankoverførelse). 

Klager

Hvis du har modtaget skadede varer eller den forkerte vare kontakt da venligst den butik, hvor du har købt varen. Du kan finde kontaktoplysninger på butikkens "about-side". Medsend gerne kvittering og husk nedenstående information ved klager over en vare.

Beskrivelse af skaden
Er det en transportskade eller mangel ved produktet? Er det ikke den rigtige vare, der er leveret i forhold til ordren? Var indpakningen skadet? Har du nægtet modtagelse af varen? Beskriv venligst skaden og hvis du har et billede af den skadede vare, vil det være en stor hjælp hvis du sender det med i en email.
